The reason my husband and I started watching The Bachelor II in the first place is that we know Angela's parents, and have for several years. The parts of the evening they showed on TV was very misleading. The TV crew spent *three hours* over at the parents house filming. From those three hours were condensed the approximately eight minutes you saw on TV. The producers took the parts they wanted to make the family appear as it did, to "go with" what happened at the end. You can bet if Angela had been given a rose, the parts of the family interview you saw would have been much different. Sorry but I don't buy this at all. The producers of Big Brother purposely spun the scenes a certain way to INCREASE suspense. It would be in Bachelor producer's interest to put Angela etc in a POSITIVE spin to make it more suspenseful for tv viewers. I also saw an interview with Aaron on Extra TV tonight and he confirmed it by saying it wasn't the room-mate but the parents that were the problem. They paid very little attention to him, the father was condescending to her daughter, etc. 609 From: Shrnon Date: Fri Nov 1, 2002 0:19am Subject: Re: Digest Number 59 Aaron seemed to really have missed Gwen and was very relaxed with her. I think Helene needs to relax. Every week it is the same interrogation. She knew what she was getting into. She knew he was going to date other women. I think he likes the challenge, but it is getting old. He picked Angela to stay last week so he could get to know her better and see what was there. I think he likes Helene and is trying to give her every opportunity to open up, but she is just hurting her chances by being so confrontational. __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Aaron is 28. That's 6 years. I don't see it as much a factor as I would he she was 16 and him 22.... As for the look you saw on her face while waiting for Aaron to come out - I saw it as nervousness - each of the girls had the same look at some point while the camera was on them. Gwen had it, Helene had it, Angela had it - and yes, Brooke had it. They all like him and were just uneasy as to who would be the one to go - they had not been able to talk and/or visit like they had in the past to see how each others dates had gone. I just see them all as being nervous and anxious - which in my book is completely understandable. While we are on the age thing - maybe a 31 year old is too old for a 28 year old man. . .? Not saying there is anything wrong in her family - but she herself said she was a cold person. . and in my opinion, that's exactly how her family came off - COLD. Also your opinions are ignorant and uneducated. I've bet you've never been out of your hometown in your whole life. The South is one of the most wonderful places in the whole world. I live in a place where I don't have to worry about people busting into my house and killing me in the middle of the night, I don't have to worry about getting mugged, I can walk down the road without a single bit of fear. Yeah, my neighbors across the road are donkeys and llamas, but it's better than having a drug dealer next door. I have some of the best friends, none of which like Nascar OR Hank Williams Jr. for your information, in the whole world and I wouldn't trade them for anything. Hey my step-dad likes racing, but more important than that, he married my mom and took me in and treated me like I was his own. But I guess even though he's one of the greatest guys I have ever know, he MUST be a loser because he likes NASCAR. To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: The_Bachelor_Club-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com Your use of Yahoo!
